How to return an order/item

If you’d like to return an item, please:

  • Let us know within 14 days of receipt by emailing hello@vintagetreasures.uk with the order number and the item you’d like to return.
  • We’ll email you more information and you’ll have 14 days to return the item to the address provided on the email.

What Happens Next

Once your return is received:

  • We’ll inspect it
  • We’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 14 days.

Return Labels

  • If you change your mind, you’re responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return.
  • Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to cover you in the event the item is lost in the post.
  • If the item is faulty (unless described as such), the wrong item has been sent, or it has been misdescribed, please contact us to request a postage label.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused.
  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.

There are certain situations where no refund or only a partial refunds can be granted:

  • Any item not in the condition you received it in
  • Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
