Delivery

General

  • We aim to dispatch within 3 working days.
  • Delivery is set to Billing Address only and must match the details with your card provider, this is to prevent fraud.
  • All orders are sent tracked.

UK Delivery

  • Economy delivery typically takes 2-4 working days from dispatch, but can take longer in busy periods.
  • Express delivery typically takes 1-3 working days from dispatch, but can take longer in busy periods
  • The service provider is typically Royal Mail, but may be another service based on the type, size or weight of the order.

International Delivery

We currently ship to a select number of international destinations:

  • United States: Shipped via Royal Mail using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). Your checkout total includes all US tariffs, ensuring no unexpected fees upon delivery.
  • Europe (Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Greece, The Netherlands): Due to GPSR regulations, we can only ship small antique items to these countries.
  • Other Destinations: We regularly ship to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, & Hong Kong.
  • Other Regions: If your country is not listed, delivery may still be possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order.
  • Delivery times will vary on country, service and time of year. Typically 10 to 30 days.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties, tax and fees applicable to their country *unless specified above
  • The service provider is based on the type, size or weight of the order.
  • Note that some items are restricted to UK delivery only due to customs or shipping rules.

Commercial purchases from the EU and Northern Ireland

Business to Business sales to the EU and Northern Ireland now require an EORI Number. If it is a business purchase, please provide your EORI number in the customer note section of your order. Not required for items purchased for personal use.

General Notes

  • We use recycled boxes and packaging where we can, including the reuse of used packaging .
  • Combined shipping is calculated in cart.
  • Some items are sent using an age verification process, these are limited to UK delivery
