Vintage Silver Heart Pendant with Marcasites. Hallmarked with Italian 22in Curb Chain. The mark is faded but looks like EJ Ltd for Ernest Jones London 1978.
The silver chain is good quality from Italy with what looks like an M makers mark.
Pendant approx 18 x 25mm including loop.
