Unmarked both the pin and top test as silver (likely lower 800-835 grade). The filigree work is very detailed down to the (broken) chain which is made up of tiny flowers.
Approx 6in long by 1 and 1/4 in wide.
Left unpolished it’s currently quite tarnished but would shine up. The pin is a little bent.
