Large Murano Milliefiori Glass Pendant Necklace Round. A 42mm round pendant with millefiori glass in blue and red mounted in 800 grade italian silver. On a long  2mm italian Sterling silver curb chain of approx 27.5in. The larger pendants are more hard to find.
The pendant bale is marked 800, the chain has Italian hallmarks for sterling silver by a maker from Arezzo.
