Chester Silver Top Cut Glass Vanity Pot Hallmarked 1916 Monogram. Fully Hallmarked. Although maker mark is worn, I believe its James Deakin & Sons (John & William F Deakin). The glass is generally in good order. Silver top has a couple of light dents as shown. Approx 12cm long.
