UK Delivery

• We aim to dispatch within 3 working days.
• Economy delivery typically takes 2-4 working days from dispatch, but can take longer in busy periods.
• Express delivery typically takes 1-3 working days from dispatch, but can taka longer in busy periods
• The service provider is typically Royal Mail, but may be another service based on the type, size or weight of the order.
• Delivery is set to Billing Address only and must match the details with your card provider, this is to prevent fraud.

International Delivery

• We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Germany
• We aim to dispatch within 3 working days.
• All orders are sent tracked.
• Delivery times will vary on country, service and time of year.
• The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties, tax and fees applicable to their country.
• The service provider is based on the type, size or weight of the order.
• Delivery is set to Billing Address only and must match the details with your card provider, this is to prevent fraud.
• Note that some items are restricted to UK delivery only due to customs or shipping rules.

General Notes

• We use recycled boxes and packaging where we can, including the reuse of used packaging .
• Combined shipping is calculated in cart.
• Some items are sent using an age verification process.
